We've spent thousands on a similar software that wouldn't allow us to customize anything which overwhelmed our clients and ultimately made them churn.

This CRM platform is a lot easier to use than the other ones I've tried. It already has all the important features but not a bunch of extra things to make it confusing.

What It Does

Everything this module gives you, in the same source you own.

Payments on your own Stripe account

Each sub-account connects its own Stripe through Stripe Connect, so payments, customers, and payouts stay fully isolated per client. The charge routes directly to the account that owns it, and refunds route back through the same account. There is no platform markup skimmed off the top, because the transaction is yours, not ours. The connect panel names whatever Stripe is still waiting for rather than just reading "not ready", so a stalled onboarding tells you which document to chase.

Absorb a client's usage costs when you want to

Billing passthrough is per client. Leave it off and a client's messaging and call usage bills through to them; switch it on and your agency absorbs it instead, so you can put a client on a flat all-in retainer without them ever seeing a usage line. It is a setting per sub-account, not an all-or-nothing platform mode.

The money math holds up

Payments recorded by hand, cash, cheque, or bank transfer, land in the payments ledger like any other, so revenue reporting counts them. A partial refund takes off what was refunded and leaves the rest of the invoice intact. A lost chargeback updates the invoice instead of leaving it reading as paid. An invoice paid through a Stripe-hosted page reconciles back automatically, and a payment against a voided invoice does not quietly un-void it.

Invoices with live preview

Build invoices from your product catalog or custom amounts, with line items, percentage or fixed discounts, per-line tax, and tip and gratuity support. While an invoice is in draft you see a live preview of exactly what the client will receive, so nothing goes out looking wrong.

Estimates that convert to invoices in one click

Send an estimate as a public link. The client accepts or declines without logging in, and an accepted estimate converts straight to an invoice carrying its line items across. Statuses track the whole path: Draft, Sent, Viewed, Accepted, Declined, Invoiced, Expired. What the customer does on that page fires your automations, so an acceptance can book the follow-up, alert the owner, and draft the invoice on its own. Deposits work end to end, so you can take money up front on the same estimate rather than chasing it separately.

Client wallets that top themselves up

A sub-account's messaging and calling run off a prepaid wallet. Set a floor and a top-up amount and the wallet recharges from the saved card on its own when it runs low, so a campaign does not stop mid-send because a client forgot to add funds. When a top-up fails, the reason is recorded rather than swallowed, and the send stops instead of quietly running on your money. Pair it with billing passthrough and a client's usage funds itself.

Sign it at the kitchen table

An estimate can be signed in person, on your device, with the customer standing there, and paid on the spot. The deal that closes while you are still in the room is the one that does not go quiet for three weeks waiting on an emailed link nobody opens.

Your Stripe catalog, not a second one

Sync products from Stripe into the CRM catalog rather than typing them twice and watching the two drift apart. The prices you sell from are the prices Stripe charges, because they are the same records.

Recurring billing

Put clients on automatic invoicing on a weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly schedule, and pause or resume any recurring invoice without rebuilding it.

Automated overdue reminders

Invoices detect when they go overdue and run a multi-level reminder sequence, a friendly nudge, a firmer follow-up, then a final notice, over email or SMS, so you stop chasing payment by hand.

Product catalog with bundles and tiers

Keep a reusable library of products with SKU, description, image, and price. Sell bundles at a bundle price, set quantity-based pricing tiers, and define dependencies (a product that requires, excludes, or recommends another) for cross-selling. Import products directly from your Stripe account so the catalog and Stripe stay in sync.

Templates, numbering, and payment terms

Design invoice and estimate layouts in a drag-and-drop block editor with global styling, organized in folders. Configure your own invoice number prefix and starting number, default payment terms (Net 15, Net 30, Due on Receipt, or custom), discount codes (fixed or percentage, with usage limits and valid dates), and a public payment link plus PDF download on every invoice.

Invoicing & Payments, end to end

Estimates, invoices, subscriptions and the money behind them.

How It Works

In plain English.

1

E invoicing, inside your CRM

E invoicing software just means you create and send invoices electronically and get paid online instead of mailing paper and waiting on a check. In Seedly, that lives inside your CRM, tied to the same contact records you already use.

2

Build, preview, and send

You build an invoice from your product catalog or type in custom line items, add a discount or tax if you need to, and preview it before it goes anywhere. Sending it emails the client a public link where they pay by card. The invoice moves through clear statuses (Draft, Sent, Viewed, Paid, Overdue, Void) so you always know where it stands, and you can see the moment a client opens it.

3

It is your Stripe, not ours

Payment runs through Stripe, but it is your Stripe. You connect your own account once, and from then on charges land in your account and payouts come to you. The CRM does not sit between you and your money and does not take a cut of the transaction.

4

Recurring and estimates run themselves

For ongoing work you set up recurring invoices that generate on a schedule, and for anything overdue the system sends its own reminder sequence. Estimates work the same way: send a link, the client accepts, and you convert it to an invoice without retyping a thing.

Most invoicing tools rent you the software, then mark up every payment that flows through.

Most invoicing tools rent you the software every month, and many billing layers in CRMs quietly mark up every transaction that flows through them. Seedly does neither. You buy the source once, you own it, and payments run on your own Stripe account with no platform markup on a single charge.

For an agency running 10, 20, or 100 client sub-accounts, that compounds. Every sub-account connects its own Stripe, so each client's payments, customers, and payouts are isolated and clean. You run invoicing for all of them from one install, white-labeled, with no per-seat fee and no per-transaction tax for the privilege. And because you have the code, the invoice templates, numbering, reminder cadence, and payment terms are yours to change, not settings you wait on a vendor to add.

If you are a freelancer or a small business, the same thing is true at a smaller scale: simple invoicing software you own outright, on your own Stripe, instead of one more subscription that takes a slice of every payment.

You own the invoicing. Run it on your own Stripe and keep every dollar of every transaction.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is this really a one-time purchase with no per-transaction markup?

Yes. You buy the source code once and own it. Payments run through your own connected Stripe account, so the only transaction fee is Stripe's standard processing fee that you would pay anyway. Seedly does not add a platform markup or take a percentage of your invoices.

Does it use my own Stripe account?

Yes. You connect your own Stripe through Stripe Connect, and charges and payouts go directly to your account. Refunds route back through the same account that captured the original payment. For a single-agency self-hosted setup, your admin sub-account can route payments straight to the agency's own Stripe.

Can I do recurring billing?

Yes. Set clients on automatic recurring invoices on a weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly schedule, and pause or resume any of them at any time. Recurring invoices generate on that schedule from inside the platform.

Does it handle estimates?

Yes. Create an estimate, send it as a public link, and let the client accept or decline without an account. An accepted estimate converts directly into an invoice with its line items intact.

Does invoicing work separately for each client sub-account?

Yes. Every sub-account has its own invoices, estimates, products, payment settings, and connected Stripe account. Payments and customers are isolated per client, so nothing bleeds between accounts. You manage all of it from one install.

Can I white-label it and customize the invoices?

Yes. The platform is white-labeled per client, and invoice and estimate layouts are built in a drag-and-drop block editor with your own styling, numbering, and payment terms. Because you own the source, you can change anything the editor does not already cover.

Can I migrate my products and customers over?

You can import your product catalog directly from Stripe so your existing products and prices come across and stay in sync. A full one-click bulk import of historical invoices from another CRM is not something we promise today; product and price sync from Stripe is the supported path.

What does it cost to run?

You pay for your own hosting and your own Stripe processing fees, plus whatever your own provider accounts cost. There is no Seedly subscription and no markup on payments.
