What Is the Community Platform?

The Community Platform is a complete branded community space built for course creators, coaches, and community operators. Members get one login to consume courses, join challenges, book coaching sessions, attend live events, chat with peers, and track their progress through a gamified points and badge system. Admins get a single workspace to build programs, host live sessions, moderate discussion, and grow retention - a self-hosted alternative to Skool, Circle, and Mighty Networks.

The platform runs on the same modern stack as Seedly CRM, shares the same component library and design system, and is architected to connect directly with Seedly CRM - letting your agency (or your clients) deliver a unified "acquire, serve, and retain" experience from a single vendor.

Real-time direct messages and group conversations. File and image sharing, emoji reactions, reply threading, message search, edit/delete, read receipts, and mute.

Calendar and Events

Shared community calendar with recurring events, RSVPs, waitlists, reminder emails, timezone-aware scheduling, and per-instance editing for recurring series.

Live Events

Go live with integrated video, audio, screenshare, and live chat. Recordings are automatically processed and a recap post is created with the video embedded inline.

Classroom (Courses)

Multi-lesson courses with video, text, live session, quiz, and assignment lesson types. Drip scheduling, assignment submissions with grading, quiz engine with retries, completion certificates, course bundles, and student reviews.

Challenges
