Known Limitations
Features in progress, expected quirks, and what to expect during the beta.
Seedly CRM is feature-complete for core CRM operations. This page lists areas that are still in progress, intentionally deferred, or may behave differently than you expect during the beta.

Workflow Automation
Google Workspace Actions
The workflow builder includes nodes for Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Drive. These are visible in the builder and can be added to workflows, but they do not execute yet. If a workflow includes one of these nodes, it will skip the node and continue to the next step.
A "coming soon" indicator is shown on these nodes in the builder.
Wait for Reply
The ability to pause a workflow and wait for a contact to reply (with a timeout branch) is not yet available. Workflows currently execute their steps in sequence without waiting for inbound messages.
Conversations
SMS Message Details
- Failed SMS messages show a delivery failure indicator, but the specific failure reason from the provider may not always be displayed
- MMS media attachments show as links rather than inline previews
- SMS segment count (how many segments a long message will be split into) is not displayed while composing
Instagram Media
Photos, reels, and other media shared via Instagram DM appear as links rather than inline previews in the conversation timeline.
Calendar
Google Calendar Sync
Connecting Google Calendar for two-way event sync is not yet available. Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent via email independently.
Appointment Scheduling
- Buffer time between appointments cannot be configured yet
- Maximum appointments per day limits are not yet available
- Minimum advance notice periods are not yet configurable
Campaigns
Analytics
- Open and click tracking reports total events rather than unique contacts
- Per-step open and click rates within a multi-step campaign are not yet calculated
Invoices
Reminders
Invoice reminders are currently sent as one-off emails. A unified reminder system with scheduled follow-ups, preset templates, and reminder history is planned but not yet available.
Contacts
CSV Import
- When importing contacts from a CSV file, duplicate handling is limited to skip or merge - a "create duplicates" option is not yet available
- Tag assignment during import requires tags to be comma-separated in a single column
Activity Timeline
The activity timeline on a contact's detail page loads all activities at once. For contacts with very long histories, this may take a moment. Paginated loading is planned.
Search
The command palette (opened with Cmd+K or Ctrl+K) searches across contacts, conversations, and other modules. Result counts per category are not yet shown, and recent searches are not stored between sessions.
Reporting
Reporting dashboards cover contacts, pipelines, campaigns, and team performance. More advanced analytics - including funnel analysis, cohort reporting, and custom report building - are planned for a future release.
Mobile
There is no native mobile app at this time. The web application is responsive and works in mobile browsers, but a dedicated app is on the roadmap.

- Campaigns - email and SMS sequences with segment targeting
- Workflows - visual builder with 60+ action types and 40+ triggers
- Forms - drag-and-drop builder, public links, embed codes, submission tracking
- Calendar - appointment types, booking links, availability management
- Invoices - creation, sending, online payment, estimates, recurring invoices
- Documents - templates with e-signature collection
- Settings - sub-accounts, users, roles, permissions, integrations, tags, custom fields, audit log
- Real-time collaboration - all data updates live across connected users
- Permissions - full role-based access control with scope settings
